Shipping
We try to ship all items the next business day. Our nominal shipping charges vary slightly according to region. At this time, we only ship within Canada, to the USA, and the United Kingdom.
Manufacturer Limited Warranty (Proof of Purchase Required)
Douglas™ Tool, Inc. believes in the unequaled durability, quality and design of our products, and will replace hammers with defective heads for up to two (2) years from date of purchase. Normal wear, broken handles, misused, abused or altered tools are excluded. Douglas™ Tool warranty does NOT cover damage to the hammer that results from striking the head against concrete or hardened steel (ie. hardened bolts, cat paws, chisels, etc.) ALWAYS WEAR SAFTEY GLASSES!
